Are you taking new patients?
Yes. New patients are accommodated based on schedule availability. Please use the contact form at the bottom of the page, text or call to request an appointment. Once you're on the schedule, please complete your New Patient Registration securely online by clicking below. If you prefer not to do it online, alternative options are available.
Do you take insurance?
Yes. I work with all major insurers including United Healthcare, BCBS, Cigna and Aetna, as well as Medicare Advantage plans and Worker’s Compensation. Many, but not all plans cover acupuncture. Whether you have acupuncture benefits or aren't sure, if you wish to use insurance to cover your visits, verification of coverage is required prior to your first appointment. Please submit a secure online Insurance Verification Request or contact me with your insurance information so we can clarify all your policy details ahead of time.
What If I don't have insurance?
I offer affordable rates if you don't have insurance coverage and will be paying out of your own pocket. Cash, personal checks with valid ID, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, HSA/FSA debit cards, Apply Pay and Google Pay are all accepted. Payment in full is due at time of service. Are you taking any extra precautions for COVID-19?
As a small private practice, I'm the only staff you'll be in contact with. To minimize risk, new patients are asked to complete required forms online prior to your first visit. All appointments are confirmed the day before and patients are asked to report any related symptoms or exposure. Face masks are optional but recommended for ongoing safety. The treatment room is continuously purified with a medical-grade H13 HEPA air filtration system and all common surfaces are disinfected between appointments.
What happens if I don't show up for my appointment?
When you make an appointment, time is set aside just for you. I confirm all appointments the day before so if you miss your appointment or don't contact me to cancel or reschedule, I'm unable to fill your time slot. This lost time equals lost income and unless I can fill your slot, my policy is to charge full rate for missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
